Based on:

- Official Letter No. 1355/HCM-TTr3 of the State Bank of Vietnam – Ho Chi Minh City Branch dated May 19, 2022, approving the change of operation location of Thao Dien Transaction Office;

- Resolution No. 24.11/2022/NQ-HĐQT of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank dated February 10, 2022, regarding the relocation and renaming of Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Ho Chi Minh City Branch - District;

1. Relocating head office and renaming Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Ho Chi Minh City Branch - District 2 Transaction Office.

• Former name: District 2 Transaction Office
• New name: Thao Dien Transaction Office

Transaction Office location:

• Old location: No. 188 Tran Nao Street, Binh Khanh 2 Hamlet, Binh An Khanh Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City (now No. 188 Tran Nao Street, Binh Khanh 2 Hamlet, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City)
• New location: Booth No. L1-23-24-25, 1st Floor, Pearl Center Commercial Center, Thao Dien Pearl Building, No. 12 Quoc Huong Street, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City Chi Minh.

2. Official operation date: MSB Thao Dien Transaction Office officially operates at the new address from May 19, 2022.

3. Operational contents: According to the function of the Transaction Office, strictly comply with the regulations of the State Bank and current laws.
