Notice of account plan change for M-FIRST priority customers

To ensure that all priority customers receive all the privileges when using the Premium Account Package, MSB conducts the conversion of your account packages free of charge. 

As follows:

• Priority customers who belong to the BO segment and are using the M-Business Fast/M-Business Gold package will be upgraded to the M- Business Platinum package
• Priority customers of SB segment will be upgraded to M- Premium Plus package
• The remaining priority customers will be upgraded to the M-Elite package

• No minimum balance maintenance is required;
• No account maintenance fee is required;
• Free transaction at the counter;
• Waiver of annual fees for International debit cards;
• Best cashback up to 1.2% when using an International Debit Card.

Your existing account plan will automatically be upgraded to Premium Account Package from June 20, 2022.
