Description
MSB is one of the members of the bidding for Government Bond of the Ministry of Finance, which is entitled to bid on behalf of another party and enjoy the bidding fee according to the agreement between MSB and the customer.

Enterprise is established for at least 1 year with VND 3-20 billion revenue.
It depends on enterprise’s credit assessment and score at MSB, maximum 10% revenue, up to VND 4 billion.
Enterprise can use credit line for supply procurement bill payment, salary payment, exports payment, L/G application, export collection negotiation, L/C application, contract finance, export pre-shipment finance.
Credit line is loan limit that MSB grants to customers. This credit line is valid for 1 year in which customer can make several borrowings within the limit without submitting complex documents over and over.
