For Businesses: The company contacts the MSB Contact Center. MSB will assign the appropriate business unit, and an MSB specialist will work directly with the company to provide consultation and implement the payroll service. For Individuals: Employees can open an online current account directly through the MSB mobile banking application.
MSB will apply a late payment fee based on a percentage of the unpaid minimum payment amount and will begin charging interest on the entire outstanding balance from the transaction date.
