The principal grace period (also known as the principal grace period) is the period from when a customer's loan is first disbursed until the date of the first principal repayment. During the grace period of the principal, the customer does not have to pay the principal. The principal amount due each period after the grace period is equal to the loan amount divided by the loan term minus the grace period.

Yes. Customers can repay part or all of the principal before maturity depending on their financial situation. The early repayment fee is based on the principal amount paid in advance, most of MSB's interest packages for you are free of early repayment from the 5th year onwards.

By the time limit for repayment of principal/interest as specified in the Credit Contract, if the Customer fails to pay or only partially pays the principal/interest, then:

- With overdue principal: Customers pay overdue interest equal to 150% of interest in the term at the time of overdue transfer calculated on the overdue principal balance corresponding to the late payment period.

- For overdue interest: Customers pay interest on late payment at the interest rate equal to 10%/year calculated on the amount of late payment interest corresponding to the late payment period.
