1. Buy foreign currency

Customer comes to transaction office and provides legal proof of FX trading purpose:

  • Study abroad (attached doc)
  • Travel (attached doc)
  • Immigration (attached doc)
  • Healthcare (attached doc)
  • Allowance (attached doc)
  • Other purposes: Please visit the nearest transaction office for support (MSB Locations)

 

2. Sell foreign currency

Customer comes to transaction office and provides valid identification documents (identity card/passport).

Frequently Asked Questions

According to the State Bank’s regulations, customers cannot enter wrong password more than 5 times. After 5 times, access will be blocked. To reset password, please visit the nearest branch/transaction office for support.

You can register a username at your discretion. However, the system will decline if your chosen username is already existing in the system.

This can happen because:

· Scenario 1: The last time Customer used but did not log out.

Scenario 2: The client is performing simultaneous logins on two or more computers.

· Scenario 3: Customer is logging in on multiple browsers of the same computer.

For one of the above three situations, the Customer presses the “Continue” button to access the service normally.

In addition, the message "This access code has been logged in on another computer or browser" is also the content to help customers be alert to the disclosure of information about Username/password. You can change your password to ensure business security.

In case the Customer has applied to change the company name, the Customer's statement on IB still shows the old company name (Customer Name) because the company name is only recorded after the bank changes. The previous transactions still show the old company name.
