My credit card has been blocked. How can I unblock it?

To unblock your credit card, you may follow one of the methods below:
1. Unblock via the MSB mBank application (Applicable if you previously blocked the card yourself)
Log in to the MSB mBank application. Select Card Services. Choose the card you want to unblock. Select Unblock Card. Tap Confirm and enter your Soft Token PIN authentication code to complete the process.
2. Unblock via the automated hotline (IVR)(Applicable if the card was blocked through the IVR system)
Call the MSB Hotline: 1900 6083 (service fee: VND 1,000/minute). Follow the voice instructions to unblock your card.
3. Unblock at an MSB Branch/Transaction Office
Visit the nearest MSB Branch/Transaction Office. Bring your ID card or Citizen ID card for assistance from MSB staff.
4. Contact the MSB Customer Service Center via online channels
