Amendment of Transaction Description

Customers may submit an inquiry request to amend the transaction description of a successfully completed transfer from MSB by following the steps below:

  • Step 1: Log in to Internet Banking → select Account → select the account used for the transaction
  • Step 2: Select Transaction Creation History, find the transaction to be inquired
  • Step 3: Click Inquiry → enter the inquiry request in the inquiry content field

Processing time for inquiry is up to 04 working days. Customers will receive the result via the registered mobile number of the user.
Note: The amendment will be notified by the receiving bank to the beneficiary.
