Terms and conditions of the promotion program for individual customers in the Mass Affluent & Casa growth Mass segments

CASA Growth Stimulation Promotion Program for Individual Customers in the Mass Affluent & Upper Mass sub-segments at MSB.
(According to Decision RB 110 on Customer Identification by Economic Segment in Retail Banking, in which Mass Affluent refers to Affluent Customers, and Upper Mass refers to Upper-Middle Class Customers).
2. Promotional Products/Services:
Individual customers at MSB belonging to the Mass Affluent & Upper Mass segments who grow their CASA Average Balance (SDBQ) and meet the conditions specified in these terms and conditions.
3. Promotion Period:
From June 1, 2026, until the end of December 31, 2026, or until the promotional budget specified in Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions is exhausted, whichever comes first, without prior notice from MSB.
The program is implemented in phases according to MSB’s plan. After each phase, MSB will evaluate its effectiveness to decide whether to continue, adjust, or discontinue the subsequent phases of the program.
In case MSB decides not to continue the next phase, MSB will publicly announce this on the program’s communication channels and/or on MSB’s official website prior to the application date.
4. Promotion Territory (Scope): Nationwide.
5. Promotion Method:
Customers meeting the program conditions will receive rewards in cash (transferred to their payment account opened at MSB) or e-vouchers depending on each period.
6. Eligible Customers (Target Audience):
Individual customers who simultaneously meet all the following conditions:

Belong to the Mass Affluent & Upper Mass segments at MSB;

Have an active MSB payment account during the promotion period;
-
Are not on the list of fraudulent, unusual, or policy-violating customers of MSB in any period.
7. Promotional Rewards:
VND Cash (transferred directly to the customer’s MSB payment account) or e-vouchers of equivalent value depending on each period.

Total value of promotional goods/services: VND 894,000,000 (In words: Eight hundred ninety-four million Vietnamese Dong), VAT included, divided into 3 phases:

Phase 1: Promotional budget not exceeding VND 300 million.

Phase 2: Cumulative promotional budget not exceeding VND 700 million.

Phase 3: Remaining budget.

Detailed Reward Conditions:
-
The program applies to individual customers in the Mass Affluent & Upper Mass Segments whose CASA SDBQ in the month prior to the review month is VND 7 million or less, and who achieve the SDBQ milestones in the review months as shown in the table above.

CASA SDBQ is calculated based on the total average balance of all VND payment accounts of the customer at MSB.

The CASA SDBQ of the reward review month is determined according to MSB’s system data at the time of data finalization for each review period.

CASA SDBQ growth is the positive difference between the CASA SDBQ of the reward review month and that of the immediately preceding month.

The number of transactions on the MSB App is counted based on successful financial transactions recorded on the MSB system. Only valid, successful, and non-cancelled/non-refunded transactions are eligible.

Each customer can only receive a reward once per CASA SDBQ milestone throughout the program. Customers rewarded at a lower milestone are still eligible for higher milestones if they continue to meet the conditions.

The program does not apply simultaneously with other promotion programs as regulated by MSB in each period (if any).

9. Reward Disbursement Method:

MSB will compile the list of eligible customers based on system data.

Review frequency: Monthly.
-
Disbursement form: Direct transfer into the customer’s MSB payment account or equivalent e-vouchers.

In case of invalid or fraudulent transactions, MSB reserves the right to refuse or revoke the reward.
10. General Terms and Conditions:
10.1 Responsibilities and Rights of MSB:

MSB has the final decision in adjusting the rules, changing the timeline, or suspending the promotion program in accordance with the law.

MSB is exempted from liability in force majeure events (fire, flood, earthquake, system errors…) that cause customer transactions to be incorrect, unexecuted, or untransmitted to MSB’s system.

If force majeure events occur beyond control, MSB may cancel, terminate, modify, or delay part or all of the Program after obtaining approval from competent authorities.

MSB reserves the right to use the images and information of rewarded customers for promotional activities of MSB’s products and services.

If the program budget is fully utilized before the expiry date, MSB reserves the right to terminate the program early without prior notice.
10.2 Responsibilities and Rights of Customers:

Responsibilities: Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy of their provided phone number and email, as well as the use of the reward. Customers must return the entire reward if MSB finds evidence that the transaction was invalid. In case of fraud, MSB reserves the right to deny the prize and demand compensation.

Rights: Customers have full rights to use the reward for personal purposes in accordance with MSB’s terms and conditions. By participating in this program, customers acknowledge that they fully understand and accept all terms and conditions.
