Terms and Conditions: CASA Growth Incentive Program for Affluent Retail Customers

1. Promotion Program Name: Promotion for Individual Customers in the Affluent Segment at MSB

2. Program Period: From June 09, 2026, to the end of August 31, 2026, or until a replacement notice is issued by MSB from time to time, whichever comes first, and MSB is not required to provide prior notice.

3. Program Territory (Scope): Nationwide

4. Program Customers (Target audience eligible for program review):

Customers who are individual customers belonging to the Affluent segment according to MSB’s regulations and simultaneously satisfy the following conditions:

  • Receive a notification from MSB about this promotion program via the Mobile App.

  • Are existing customers in the Affluent segment according to MSB’s regulations.

  • Have an Average Monthly Balance (AMB) in their VND payment account of less than 10,000,000 VND during the review month.

  • Are not included in the list of fraudulent, unusual, or rule-violating customers of MSB in any period.

5. Promotional Goods and Services: Customers who meet the program conditions will simultaneously enjoy the following benefits:

Applicable Product Promotion
Online VND Savings An additional interest rate of +2.3%/year for 6-month online VND savings accounts opened during the program period. The bonus rate is applied to MSB’s listed interest rate at the time and may change according to MSB’s policies from time to time.
Unsecured Loans An interest rate reduction of 2%/year for 3 months on newly disbursed unsecured loans (excluding overdraft limits and credit cards) during the program period. The incentive level may change according to MSB’s policies from time to time.

6. Conditions to Receive Promotion (Target audience eligible to enjoy benefits):

Customers will receive the promotion when they simultaneously meet all the following conditions:

  • Belong to the target audience defined in the regulations (under Section 4) of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Maintain an Average Monthly Balance (AMB) in their VND payment account of 11,000,000 VND or higher for 30 days during the reward evaluation period (under Section 7).

  • In case a customer holds multiple VND payment accounts at MSB, the VND payment account AMB will be calculated based on the total AMB of all the customer’s VND payment accounts at MSB.

b) Implementation Method:

  • The assessment of reward eligibility is performed daily within each evaluation period. Customers will receive the promotion as soon as they fully meet the conditions specified under Section 6 or immediately upon receiving a congratulatory notification from MSB confirming their eligibility for the program benefits.

  • MSB compiles the list of eligible customers based on the database and information recorded on the system.

  • Validity period of the promotion: from the date the customer is determined eligible until the end of August 31, 2026.

  • Each customer can only apply the loan interest rate promotion to one (01) single loan during the program implementation.

  • Customers who satisfy the program conditions will enjoy the savings interest rate promotion for all new 6-month online savings accounts opened during the program period.

  • In case an invalid transaction, fraudulent transaction, or sign of program exploitation is detected, MSB reserves the right to refuse or revoke the granted promotion.

9. General Terms and Conditions of the Program

a) Responsibilities and Authority of MSB:

  • Rights of MSB:

    • MSB holds the final decision-making power in adjusting terms, changing the timeline, or suspending the promotion program in accordance with legal regulations.

    • If due to force majeure events (as defined by law) beyond MSB’s control, the promotion program cannot proceed as planned, MSB may (to the extent permitted by law) cancel, terminate, modify, or delay a part or the entirety of the program after obtaining approval from the competent authorities or in accordance with applicable laws.

    • MSB reserves the right to use the images and information of rewarded customers for promotional activities of MSB’s products and services. The Program terms and the actual timeline of this promotion may change at any time at MSB’s sole discretion after completing the necessary legal procedures.

    • MSB has the right to adjust the promotion level or interest rate policy to align with its business strategy in each period.

  • Responsibilities of MSB:

    • Review eligibility and apply the promotion to customers who meet the criteria according to the program regulations.

    • Resolve complaints arising in connection with the program in accordance with MSB’s regulations and prevailing laws.

b) Responsibilities and Rights of Customers:

  • Responsibilities of Customers:

    • Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the contact phone number and email provided to the Bank.

    • Customers are fully responsible for utilizing the promotion provided by MSB and complying with the program’s terms and conditions.

    • Customers are responsible for refunding all rewards awarded by MSB in the event that MSB has grounds to prove that the transaction receiving the promotion was invalid.

    • In the event that any individual commits fraudulent or deceptive acts to achieve results under the Program, MSB completely reserves the right to deny the reward and demand compensation (if any) in accordance with the law.

  • Rights of Customers:

    • Entitled to enjoy the promotions in accordance with the program content upon fully meeting the conditions.

    • Entitled to request MSB to clarify inquiries related to the program.

    • Guaranteed rights according to legal regulations and MSB’s internal rules.

    • By participating in this program, customers acknowledge that they clearly understand and accept all terms and conditions of this promotion program, along with other relevant adjustments and regulations of MSB and the law (if any).
