Admendment to MSB Affluent Customer program terms and conditions

1. Program Name: MSB Affluent Customer Program.
2. Promotion Period: From June 09, 2026 until and including December 31, 2026, or until otherwise superseded by MSB, whichever comes first.
3. Applicable Area & Territory: Nationwide.
4. Eligibility for the Program:

Customers must be individuals who are classified as Affluent Customers under MSB’s applicable rules and regulations in effect for the time being, and must also satisfy both of the following criteria:

• Receive notifications about the Program via MSB Mobile App; and
• Not be listed as fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of MSB’s applicable rules and regulations in effect for the time being.

5. Promotional Rewards and Benefits: Customers who satisfy the requirements of this Program will enjoy an addition of interest of 2.9% p.a. on online highest-interest VND fixed deposits for a term of six (06) months only, newly opened during the Promotion Period. The additional rate is added to the prevailing rate of interest published by MSB, and may be subject to change as prescribed by MSB from time to time.

The preferential interest rates will apply to newly opened fixed deposits that satisfy the requirements of this Program from October 5, 2026, until otherwise notified by MSB from time to time.

6. Eligibility for the Promotional Rewards and Benefits

Customers must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• Meet all of the eligibility criteria specified in Section 4;
• Maintain an average VND current/checking account balance of VND 11,000,000 or more for each applicable assessment period specified in Section 7; and
• If Customers hold multiple VND current/checking accounts with MSB, the average balance will be calculated based on the aggregate average balance across all such accounts.

7. Assessment Periods and Granting and Use of the Promotional Rewards and Benefits

• The eligibility for the Promotional Rewards and Benefits will be assessed daily during each applicable assessment period. Upon satisfaction of all criteria set out in Section 6 and receipt of a notification from MSB confirming their eligibility for the Program, Customers who become eligible will receive the Promotional Rewards and Benefits on a weekly basis.
• MSB will determine and compile a list of Customers eligible for the Promotional Rewards and Benefits using its system records and internal data.
• In the first month upon satisfaction of all eligibility criteria, Customers will receive a message of congratulations once during the Promotion Period. The Promotional Rewards and Benefits are available for use within no more than three (03) months as of the month Customers become eligible for such benefits, and in any event no later than February 28, 2027. The Promotional Rewards and Benefits will apply to all newly opened online highest-interest VND fixed deposits for a term of six (06) months only.
• MSB reserves the right to reject or revoke any benefits if it is aware or has knowledge of any fraudulent and/or invalid transactions, and/or any misuse, abuse, or breach of the Program.

9. General Terms and Conditions

a. MSB’s Rights and Obligations:

• MSB may:
• have the final-decision authority regarding amendments to these Terms and Conditions, changes of the promotion period, or suspension of the Program in accordance with applicable laws;
• to the extent required by law, cancel, terminate, modify, or postpone part or all of the Program due to force majeure events or circumstances beyond MSB’s reasonable control, as prescribed by laws, which render the Program impossible to carry out as scheduled, subject to applicable laws or approval from competent authorities;
• use eligible customers’ images and information for promotional and marketing purposes relating to MSB’s products and services; amend these Terms and Conditions and adjust the actual Promotion Period from time to time at MSB’s sole discretion, provided that MSB has completed all formalities and procedures required by law; and
• amend the benefit details or interest rate policies in line with its business policies in effect for the time being.
• MSB shall:
• assess the eligibility for the Program and the Promotional Rewards and Benefits, and grant the applicable benefits in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; and
• handle any complaints relating to the Program in compliance with MSB’s rules and regulations, and applicable laws.

b. Customers’ Rights and Obligations

• Customers shall:
• in an accurate manner, provide their phone number and email address to MSB;
• use the Promotional Rewards and Benefits in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
• return all benefits received if MSB reasonably establishes that the transactions in question are invalid; and
• indemnify MSB for any loss and/or damage, where applicable, in accordance with applicable laws if MSB is aware or has knowledge that Customers have engaged in any fraudulent or dishonest activities for the purpose of receiving the Promotional Rewards and Benefits under the Program; in such cases, MSB reserves the right to reject or revoke such benefits.
• Customers may:
• enjoy the applicable benefits under the Program upon satisfaction of all requirements and criteria;
• request and have information and support from MSB relating to the Program; and
• have their lawful rights protected in accordance with applicable laws and MSB’s internal rules and regulations.
• By participating in this Program, Customers agree and acknowledge that they fully understand and accept these Terms and Conditions, and any amendments hereto, as prescribed by MSB and as provided for by law.

MSB hereby announces the launch of this Program and undertakes to run it in full compliance with applicable laws, and assumes full responsibility therefor.

These Terms and Conditions are available in English and Vietnamese. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the Vietnamese text and the English text, the Vietnamese text shall prevail and control.
