What should I do if I don’t receive the OTP when opening an account online?

If you do not receive the OTP, please click the “Resend OTP” button for the system to send a new code.

In case you still do not receive the OTP, please check the following:

  • Check your phone network connection to ensure a stable signal. You can also try restarting your device to reactivate the service.

  • Double-check the phone number registered to receive the OTP.
