Yes. Customers may select one or multiple online savings accounts (up to 10 accounts per request).
Each customer may select up to 3 security questions, which corresponds to 3 attempts. If the answer is still incorrect on the third attempt, the mPrivate service will be temporarily locked. In this case, customers must visit an MSB Branch/Transaction Office for assistance in reactivating the service or disabling the enhanced security feature.
Yes. The answer must contain 5-25 characters, written continuously without diacritics.
Customers will have an additional protection layer when closing online savings accounts through security questions. Customers may select up to 3 security questions. When enabling or disabling the feature, customers must correctly answer the security questions set at the time of service registration.
This is an enhanced security service exclusively for Priority Banking members, designed to strengthen security and ensure transaction safety on the MSB Digibank application. When the service is activated, online savings accounts will require security questions when performing account closure transactions.
