Why was my account charged even though the Withdrawal via Code failed?

Please log in to the MSB mBank app, then:

• Step 1: Select Services, then select Cardless Services, and choose Withdraw via Code.
• Step 2: The system will display a list of created transaction codes. Select the details of the transaction you wish to cancel.
• Step 3: Select Cancel Transaction, then confirm.

Once completed, the system will refund the amount to your account within a few minutes.
