Why can’t I log in to the business digital banking service?
12/02/2026If you are unable to log in to the IB/MB application, please check the following information:
On a web browser:
- Log in using the correct link: https://ebank.msb.com.vn/ or https://www.msb.com.vn/ (select ebanking/Corporate Customers).
- Use the correct username and password sent to your registered email address.
- The username should not contain spaces.
- Do not manually copy and enter the password.
- Ensure your device has a stable internet connection.
*Note: If you enter the wrong username, the error message will be “username does not exist,” or if you enter the wrong password, the error message will be “username or password is incorrect.”
- On the M-emobile app: Ensure you are using the correct M-emobile application.
- The username and password must match the username and password used on Internet banking.
