When will my credit card expire and do I need to renew it?

The expiration date is printed on the card under “Valid Thru” (month/year).

You can check your credit card expiration date by following these steps: MSB mBank → Card Services → Credit Card → Card Management → Card Information → Confirm → Enter the Soft Token code to view the expiration details.

Credit card validity period: 5 years. Customers who meet the required conditions will have their credit cards automatically renewed by MSB, allowing continued use of the card (except in certain cases where the card is closed or blocked at the time of renewal). MSB will send notifications via the MSB mBank application and email. For Priority Banking customers, notifications will also be sent via SMS. If your card does not qualify for automatic renewal, please contact the card issuing branch for further assistance.
