What should I do to cancel a cardless withdrawal transaction?

Please log in to the MSB mBank app, then:

• Step 1: Select Services, then select Cardless Services, and choose Withdraw via Code.
• Step 2: The system will display a list of transaction codes created. Select the details of the transaction you wish to cancel.
• Step 3: Select Cancel Transaction, then confirm.

Once completed, the system will refund the amount to your account within a few minutes.
