What should I do if I forget my current Business Digital Banking login password?

To reset your digital banking password, you can choose one of two methods:

1. On the MSB M-emobile app

• On the login screen, select “Forgot password”
• Enter the required information.

*Note: The information provided in the ID card, phone number, and email address are the user’s registered information.

• The OTP will be sent to the user’s login phone number.
• Set a new password.

2. Visit the nearest MSB branch/transaction office for direct assistance.

• Please bring the form with your signature and company seal to the nearest MSB branch/transaction office for assistance.
