What should I do if I enter the wrong password too many times on my digital bank?

If you enter the wrong password more than 5 times, the system will temporarily lock your account for security reasons.

To unlock and reset your password, please follow these steps:

A. Unlocking the service:

To unlock your service, you can do so in the following ways:

1. Call the customer service hotline: 18006260 (free of charge) using your user or administrator (admin) phone number to speak with a representative for assistance in unlocking the service.

2. Visit the nearest MSB branch/transaction office (please bring the form with the company’s signature and seal).

B. Resetting the password To reset your password, you can do so in one of the following ways:

1. Via the M-emobile application On the login screen, select “Forgot password” Enter: The required information.

*Note: The ID number, phone number, and email address are the user’s registration information.

  • The OTP will be sent to the user’s registered phone number.
  • Set a new password.

2. At MSB branches/transaction offices:

  • Please bring the form from the nearest MSB branch/transaction office for direct assistance.
