What do I need to do to use the airport lounge service?

Procedure and steps to receive the benefit:
Step 1: When using domestic airport lounges, customers present their MSB Mastercard Green World credit card, boarding pass, and a valid ID (Citizen ID card / ID card / passport) to the lounge reception staff. Customers must also provide the boarding pass and valid identification documents of accompanying family members (if any).
Step 2: The lounge staff will open the C-Airport application. On the application interface, the receptionist selects the MSB program and the appropriate card type based on the card presented by the customer.
Step 3: The lounge staff enters the required information on the application, including information of accompanying persons (if any).
Step 4: The lounge staff will take a photo of the customer’s boarding pass.
Step 5: The customer signs electronically on the application to complete the registration and enjoy the airport lounge service.
Note: The use of VIP lounge services is subject to the specific regulations of each lounge.
