What currency applies to Repo/Reverse Repo transactions?
12/02/2026- For valuable papers issued in Vietnamese Dong (VND), transactions must be conducted in VND.
- For valuable papers issued in foreign currency, transactions shall be conducted in the same foreign currency. In case the transaction is conducted in VND, the parties shall agree on the applicable exchange rate in compliance with regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam regarding foreign exchange management.
