When you approve using the digital signature authentication method (CA) on the internet, the system displays the error message “Please register your digital certificate template or wait for your digital certificate template to be approved”. Please check the following information.

• The digital signature must be the one registered with MSB.
  
• Digital signature validity period
  
• In case of changes to the digital signature (CA), please access the Utilities menu → Digital signature → Get digital signature information and click “change” to send the digital signature information to MSB → bring the form to the nearest MSB branch for approval.
