I’m trying to approve something using a digital signature certificate (CA) on the internet, but the system keeps giving me the error “Digital signature failed” or “Please install the plugin to use the digital certificate”?

If you approve using the digital signature authentication method (CA) on the internet, the system will display an error message such as “Digital signature failed” or “Please install the plugin to use the digital certificate”. Please follow the instructions below:

• Close all background programs running on your computer (invoice filing, tax filing, antivirus, etc.).
• Close the MSB plugin.
• Restart the MSB plugin on your desktop.
• Press F5 to reload the page or restart your computer.
• Log in and try again.
