I want to check my transaction history?

You can check your business account transaction information using the following methods:

• Method 1: Log in to the M-emobile app → select Account → select Account Inquiry → select Payment Account → select Details → click the search icon to search transaction history by time.
  
• Method 2: Access https://ebank.msb.com.vn: Log in → select Account → select Account Inquiry → select Payment Account → select Transaction History → click the “+” icon for advanced search and select by time.
  
• Method 3: Call the customer service hotline 18006260 (free) for advice and support.

*Note: You can check transactions up to one year prior, with each inquiry not exceeding 90 days.
