I want to change the password for my current bank account?

You can change your password in one of two ways: 

1. On the MSB mBank app:

• Log in → Settings → Reset password → Enter the information as instructed → Change password.

2. On the website https://ebank.msb.com.vn:

• Select “Corporate Customers” → Log in → Utilities → Change password and enter the information as instructed → Save.

*Note: The password must be at least 6 characters long and a maximum of 11 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
