  • To ensure safety, please change your MSB mBank login password/PIN immediately, and temporarily do not deposit money into the account showing signs of risk.

  • At the same time, you can also check your transaction history on the MSB mBank app or SMS balance notification messages to determine the reason for the deduction.

  • If you do not recognize the transaction, please contact the hotline 1900 6083 or go to the nearest MSB branch/transaction office for assistance.
