I forgot my Soft Token PIN. How can I reset it?

To reset your Soft Token PIN, please follow the steps below:

• Step 1: Open the MSB mBank application.

• Step 2: Select Settings → Reissue Soft Token PIN.

• Step 3: The system will send an OTP code to your registered mobile phone number. After entering the OTP, the system will send an SMS containing your new Soft Token PIN (4 digits).

Note: For enhanced security, you should change your Soft Token PIN by selecting: Login screen → Soft Token → Change Soft Token PIN.
