I encountered an issue when adding my MSB card to Apple Pay. How can I resolve it?
12/02/2026Apple Pay requires an active internet or mobile data connection when adding a card. Please ensure that your device is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Additionally, please check the following: Make sure you are signed in to your Apple device using your Apple ID. Ensure that you are logged in to iCloud. Confirm that Face ID, Touch ID, or a device passcode has been set up. Verify that Apple Wallet is allowed to access mobile data.
