How to set up a new soft OTP PIN code on the M-emobile app?
12/02/2026Instructions for setting up a new Soft OTP PIN.
Please follow these instructions:
- Select “Soft OTP” (bottom right corner of the application screen).
- Select “Forgot PIN” → enter your username and password → enter your new PIN → re-enter the PIN to confirm.
- Enter the activation code sent to your registered phone number.
