My account has not been used for a long time and I cannot make transactions. What should I do?

Please bring your chip-based Citizen ID card to the nearest MSB Branch/Transaction Office to reactivate your account. After the account is reactivated, you will need to perform at least one financial transaction on the same day to resume using your account.
