How to log in to the Digital Banking service for businesses?

Login Instructions

1.Logging into Internet Banking:

Please log in via the link https://ebank.msb.com.vn/ or https://www.msb.com.vn/

• Use the username and password sent to your registered email address.
• Change your password.

*Note: Enter your username without spaces, and type your password manually.

2.Logging in and activating the M-emobile application.

To activate the application, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Download and install the M-emobile application.

*Note: This step applies to first-time users.

• Go to the “App Store” (iOS) or “Google Play” (Android) and search for the application named “M-emobile”.
• Install and open the application.

Step 2: Activate “Soft OTP”:

• Select the “Soft Token” feature → enter your username and password → Read the “Terms and Conditions” and check “I agree to the terms and conditions” → Select “ACTIVATE”

Step 3: Verification:

• Enter the 6-digit activation code sent via SMS → Select “CONFIRM” → Soft Token activation successful, proceed to the Soft OTP PIN entry screen [, default is the last 6 digits of the user’s phone number].

*Note: We recommend that you change your PIN to ensure information security.
