How can I change my Digital Banking login password?

To change your MSB mBank access password, please follow one of these methods:

1. Change your password on the MSB mBank application

• • Step 1: Log in to the MSB mBank application.

  • Step 2: Select Settings and find the Change Password option, then follow the on-screen instructions.

2. Change your password via the Internet Banking website

• • Step 1: Access the website: https://ebank.msb.com.vn/

  • Step 2: Select “Individual Customer” and enter your login credentials.

  • Step 3: After logging in successfully, select “Settings” (located at the top-right corner of the screen).

  • Step 4: Select “Change Password” and follow the instructions to enter the required information.

  • Step 5: Log in to the MSB mBank application and use the Soft Token feature to scan the QR code displayed on the screen, then enter your newly created password.
