How can I recall a transaction sent by mistake?

You can submit a recall request for an accidental transfer by following these steps:

  • Step 1: Log in to Internet Banking → Select Accounts → Choose the account used for the transaction.

  • Step 2: Select Transaction History and locate the specific transaction.

  • Step 3: Click Trace → Enter your recall request details in the “Content” field.

Processing Time: Up to 30 working days. Results will be notified via your registered phone number.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • For 24/7 transfers, funds are delivered instantly. Successful recall depends entirely on the recipient’s cooperation.

  • If the recipient is uncooperative, we recommend contacting the local authorities (Police) for further legal assistance.

  • MSB will fully cooperate in providing necessary information and updating the investigation results.
