How can I open an MSB account?

You can open an MSB account through the following methods:

1. Online registration (recommended)

• Step 1: Download the MSB mBank application from the App Store or Google Play.

• Step 2: Open the application, select “Open a Current Account,” and enter your mobile phone number to receive an OTP.

• Step 3: Scan or capture your Citizen ID card and complete facial verification.

• Step 4: Provide additional information and select your current account option.

• Step 5: Log in and start using the service immediately.

2. In-person registration

• You may bring your Citizen ID card to the nearest MSB Branch for assistance.

• (Customers under 15 years old must be accompanied by a legal guardian.)

Note: Online account opening is only available for customers aged 18 and above and requires a mobile device that supports NFC technology.
