• Step 1: Download the MSB mBank application from the App Store or Google Play.

• Step 2: Open the application, select “Open a Current Account”, and enter your mobile phone number to receive an OTP.

• Step 3: Scan or capture your Citizen ID card and complete facial verification.

• Step 4: Provide additional information and select your current account option.

• Step 5: Log in and start using the service immediately.

Requirements for opening an online account:

• Must be a Vietnamese citizen aged 15 or above.

• Must have a registered mobile phone number to receive OTP verification.

• Must use a device with a camera for facial verification (eKYC) and NFC scanning capability:
