How can I check my MSB account balance?

Please follow one of these methods to check your account balance:

1. Check via IVR Automated Hotline

• Step 1: Call 1900 6083 using your registered phone number.

• Step 2: Press 4, enter your ID number, and press #.

• Step 3: Enter the last 4 digits of the account you wish to check, then press # to receive balance information.

2. Check via Mobile Banking App If you have registered for Mobile Banking, please log in to the MSB mBank app to check your account balance quickly.

3. Check via Internet Banking Access https://ebank.msb.com.vn -> Log in to your account -> Select “Accounts” to check the balance.
