Eligible Users of Corporate Credit Cards

Conditions applicable to users of MSB corporate credit cards:

• Aged 18 years or above with full civil act capacity in accordance with the law
• Foreign card users must be permitted to reside in Vietnam for a period of 12 months or more
• Authorized by the Customer to use the Card in the Credit Card Issuance Application, agreements, and relevant documents signed between the Customer and MSB
• The Customer must provide a written commitment to MSB to fulfill all obligations arising from the use of the Card as stated in the Credit Card Issuance Application, agreements, and documents signed between the Customer and MSB
• Not listed in anti-money laundering (AML) lists applied by MSB where the policy requires refusal to establish relationships and provide services
