How to activate Soft OTP on a new device?

To activate Soft OTP on your new device, please follow these steps:

• Download and install the M-emobile app.
• Select “Soft OTP” (bottom right corner of the app screen).
• Enter your username and password.
• Read and agree to the terms and conditions.
• Enter the activation code sent via SMS (to your registered phone number).
• Contact the hotline 18006260 (toll-free) or visit a branch or transaction office to complete the Soft OTP activation procedure.

*Note: If you are already logged into the M-emobile app, you can select the “activate Soft OTP” feature in the left-hand menu.
