Beneficiary Has Not Received Funds
18/03/2026If the beneficiary has not received the funds, customers may submit an inquiry request by following the steps below:
- Step 1: Log in to Internet Banking → select Account → select the account used for the transaction
- Step 2: Select Transaction Creation History, find the transaction to be inquired
- Step 3: Click Inquiry → enter the inquiry request in the inquiry content field
Note: The maximum inquiry processing time is 04 working days. Customers will receive the result via the registered mobile number of the user.
