Amendment of Transaction Information

Customers may submit an inquiry request to amend the beneficiary account number/name for a successfully completed transfer from MSB by following the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to Internet Banking → select Account → select the account used for the transaction

  • Step 2: Select Transaction Creation History, find the transaction to be inquired
  • Step 3: Click Inquiry → enter the inquiry request in the inquiry content field

Note: Processing time for inquiry is up to 04 working days. Customers will receive the result via the registered mobile number of the user.
