Terms and conditions of the promotional program “MSB Account Engagement Program”

5. Promotion period:or until the specified number of gifts (E-vouchers) runs out In Section 9 of these Regulations, whichever condition comes first, MSB does not need to give prior notice.

7. Goods and services used for promotion:E-voucher of Yakimono restaurant[1].
8. Customers of thePromotion (eligible recipients of the promotion):

Customers are individuals who simultaneously satisfy the following conditions:

• Have a Vietnamese Dong payment account in normal working order and are using MSB’s electronic banking services on the MSB application mBank.
• Receive a notification inviting participation in this promotion, including but not limited to, through the MSB mBank application and/or through other contact channels such as: email, Zalo, etc.
• Make at least 01 (one) successful transaction to purchase MSB certificate of deposit products with a minimum value of VND 11,000,000 (Eleven million dong) on the MSB mBank application during the promotion period.

Total value of goods and services used for promotion:0 VND (In words: Zero dong).

Details of the E-voucher that is the prize of this promotion:

• It is an E-voucher for a 100,000 VND discount (In words: One hundred thousand dong for bills of 500,000 VND (excluding VAT) or more, not applicable cumulatively.

  Applicable to customers dining in the restaurant.

  Applicable to buffet menus and full-price combos.

  Applicable to all Yakimono restaurants listed in the attached Terms and Conditions.

  Not applicable on public holidays as defined by the restaurant (December 24th, 2025 and December 25th, 2025).

  Not applicable with other promotions (partner discount vouchers, cash discount coupons, cash vouchers from other SVN partners).

  Not applicable to split bills, cumulative discounts, and not redeemable for cash.

  Offer and Requests for value-added tax invoices (if applicable) must be notified before payment. Not applicable if the invoice has already been printed/exported from the system.

• E-voucher validity period: Applicable every day of the week from November 14, 2025 to December 31, 2025
