Offer Introduction

Starbucks x Visa Promotion Program – “Spark Inspiration”

• PROGRAM 1: Free beverage size upgrade (upsize) when paying with mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, etc.) using Visa Platinum or Signature cards at all Starbucks stores.

• PROGRAM 2: Free 01 optional food item when paying via contactless with Visa cards at all Starbucks Reserve™ stores.

• PROGRAM 3: Free 01 optional food item when paying via contactless with Visa Signature cards at Starbucks stores in airports.

Applicable Conditions

PROGRAM 1: Free beverage size upgrade (upsize) when paying with mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, etc.) using Visa Platinum or Signature cards at all Starbucks stores.

• Eligible Cards: Visa Platinum and Visa Signature cards issued in Vietnam.

• Promotion Locations: All operating Starbucks stores in Vietnam.

• Promotional Goods: Medium size (Grande) beverages provided by Starbucks Vietnam.

• Eligible Transactions: Payment transactions made via mobile wallets with Visa (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, or Garmin Pay). You will receive a free size upgrade (upsize) worth 12,000 VND for each cup. This offer applies every day and has no limit on the number of times per invoice.

PROGRAM 2: Free 01 optional food item when paying via contactless with Visa cards at all Starbucks Reserve™ stores.

• Eligible Cards: Any Visa Signature card issued in Vietnam with contactless functionality.

• Promotion Locations: All operating Starbucks Reserve™ stores in Vietnam.

• Promotional Goods: Any food item belonging to the Reserve line provided by Starbucks Vietnam.

• Eligible Transactions: Any valid purchase transaction paid via contactless with Visa at any promotional location during the program period will receive one optional food item for each drink. The offer applies every day and has no limit on the number of offers per invoice.

PROGRAM 3: Free 01 optional food item when paying via contactless with Visa Signature cards at Starbucks stores in airports.

• Eligible Cards: Any Visa Signature card issued in Vietnam.

• Promotion Locations: Starbucks stores at airports after the security checkpoint in Vietnam, including:

  • Noi Bai Airport Domestic Terminal – Gate 02

  • Noi Bai Airport Domestic Terminal – Gate 12

  • Noi Bai Airport Domestic Terminal – Gate 06

  • Noi Bai Airport International Terminal – Gate 22

  • Noi Bai Airport International Terminal – Gate 34

• Promotional Goods: Any transaction to purchase food or beverages over 120,000 VND at Starbucks.

• Eligible Transactions: Any purchase transaction of promotional goods via contactless over 120,000 VND using an eligible card for payment at any promotional location during the program period will receive one optional food item for each invoice. The offer is applicable every day for direct in-store purchases and has no limit on the number of offers per day.

• This offer cannot be converted into cash or used in combination with other promotional programs, discounts, coupons, vouchers, or other special offers, unless specifically noted.

• Visa and the provider reserve the right to temporarily suspend, cancel, or change the Offer as well as the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• Offers are provided based on information supplied by the provider. Any complaints or disputes arising from the purchase or intended purchase of goods and/or services under this offer (“Complaints”) will be resolved directly between the Cardholder and the provider. Cardholders will not make complaints against Visa.

• In case of disputes, the decision of Visa is final.

• To avoid misunderstanding, while Visa facilitates the provision of this offer for the benefit of Cardholders, the merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services under this offer. Therefore, the Cardholder understands and accepts that the purchase of goods and/or services under this offer will form a contract solely between the Cardholder and the provider, and Visa is not a party to that contract.

• By using or intending to use the goods and services under this Offer, the cardholder understands and accepts that Visa will not be responsible for any loss, damage, cost, or complaint (direct or indirect) related to injury, death, misinformation, loss, or damage arising from or related to the use or intended use of the Offer or the goods and services provided under the Offer.
