“COMPREHENSIVE CARE, SUSTAINABLE HEALTH” PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Exclusively For M-First Priority Customers of MSB)

1. Program Name: “Comprehensive Care, Sustainable Health”
2. Promotion Period: From October 01, 2026 until and including September 09, 2027, or until further notice from MSB and Hong Ngoc Hospital, whichever occurs earlier.
3. Eligibility for the Program: Customers shall be individuals who fully satisfy such requirements for becoming M-First Priority Customers as are prescribed by MSB from time to time, and are identified in MSB’s system as M-First Diamond, M-First Platinum, or M-First Gold.

Each Customer’s M-First tier is displayed on the MSB Digibank application when they log in using their own user account.

4. Promotion Details

• This Program cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by Hong Ngoc Hospital.
• The offers do not apply to medical services covered by direct billing. Any portion(s) not covered by direct billing shall be eligible for the offers in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
• The Program does not apply to any services provided by Hong Ngoc Hospital that, at the time Customers use such services, are not subject to discounts of any kind.
• The Program does not apply to any services provided by Hong Ngoc Hospital’s partners as updated at the time Customers use such services.
• These offers shall be valid for such relevant periods of time as are specified in the Schedule to these Terms and Conditions. Upon expiry of such periods, the Parties shall jointly evaluate the results and agree on the extension or adjustment of the Program.
• This Program applies to all payment methods.
• Family members of MSB Priority Customers (i.e., spouses, children, and parents) shall provide relevant information via the VNIED app or a photo of birth certificate(s) substantiating the relationship in order to enjoy the applicable offers.

6. Steps to Enjoy the Offers:

Customers may register for consultation and make appointments to use the services at the Hospitals and Clinics under the Program by:

• Visiting Hong Ngoc Hospital’s examination facilities in person and present the screen displaying their customer tier on the MSB DigiBank application for verification of their eligibility for the applicable offers.

Instructions for viewing the MSB Priority Customer tier on the MSB DigiBank application:

• Step 1: Customers log in to the MSB DigiBank app.
• Step 2: On the Home screen, Customers select “Settings” in the bottom-right corner of the screen (Figure 1).
• Step 3: The Customer tier will be displayed directly below their name (Figure 2).

7. Miscellaneous
   • By participating in this Program, Customers agree and acknowledge that they fully understand and accept these Terms and Conditions, and any amendments hereto.
   • MSB’s decisions on any and all matters relating to this Program shall be final and binding on Customers, unless otherwise provided by law;
   • MSB may use any and all information relating to this Program for promotional and marketing purposes
   • Points of contact for inquiries relating to the Program

MSB hereby announces the launch of this Program and undertakes to run it in full compliance with applicable laws, and assumes full responsibility therefor.

These Terms and Conditions are available in English and Vietnamese. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the Vietnamese text and the English text, the Vietnamese text shall prevail and control
