Notice of Adjustment to the Minimum Payment Rate for MSB Credit Cards

Dear Valued Customer,

To help you manage your credit card outstanding balance more effectively, minimize interest charges, and maintain a positive credit history, MSB would like to inform you of the following adjustment to the minimum payment rate applicable to MSB Credit Cards:

• Minimum Payment Rate: Increased from 2% to 5% of the total statement balance.

• Effective Date: Applicable from the July statement cycle.

MSB encourages you to pay your full statement balance, or an amount greater than the minimum payment, to minimize interest charges and maintain a healthy credit history.
