With sustainable development serving as the foundation of its long-term strategy, MSB has consistently aligned business growth with corporate social responsibility. Throughout its 35 years of development, the bank has continuously promoted activities to share and support communities, thereby contributing to improving living conditions, expanding access to education, and standing alongside people in overcoming hardships. Recently, MSB has actively responded to nationwide mobilisation campaigns and coordinated with local authorities to implement meaningful initiatives. In response to programmes caring for the poor and supporting housing, MSB has dedicated resources to the efforts of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses, helping disadvantaged households gradually stabilize their lives. This includes donating VND 10 billion to join hands in eradicating temporary and dilapidated houses for poor and near-poor households nationwide in October 2024 and providing another VND 10 billion for a similar housing initiative in Quang Binh province in 2025.

Beyond its long-term social welfare programmes, MSB has proactively joined hands to help citizens recover from the aftermath of natural disasters and floods. Furthermore, MSB places great emphasis on investing in education and nurturing developmental opportunities for future generations.
