03/10/2025Special flight offers from Vietnam Airlines are exclusively for MSB’s priority customers who maintain an average payment account balance of VND 300 million or more.
1. Strategic Partnership to Enhance Customer Experience
MSB officially partners with Vietnam Airlines to launch customer-oriented promotional programs. The cooperation agreement between the two parties is a commitment to continuously improve service experience and promote digital transformation in the financial and banking sector.
2. Program Details:
For every VND 300 million increase in average monthly balance, MSB priority customers will receive 1000 bonus miles in their Golden Lotus membership account, up to a maximum of 2000 bonus miles.
In addition, customers must simultaneously meet the following conditions:
– The customer is a member of Vietnam Airlines.
– The customer’s average total assets in the last 07 (seven) days of the evaluation month have not decreased compared to the previous month (Average total assets include: Average balance of payment account, average balance of savings and average balance of bonds).
– This does not apply to increases in average balance from disbursement, deposit, or escrow accounts.
– The customer maintains their assigned membership tier throughout the duration of the promotion and reward period.
3. Reward Payment Period:
– Program Duration: From September 1st, 2025 to November 30th, 2025
– Reward Payment Time: Golden Lotus Miles will be credited to the customer’s member account after each reward period (monthly), no later than the 30th of the following month. Customers are eligible for rewards if their average balance increase meets the criteria.
4. Reward Payment Method
Eligible customers will receive a reward registration link via Zalo notification.
5. Regulations on Golden Lotus Miles Accumulation
– By participating in the program, customers agree to provide and allow MSB to use their information for the purpose of adding points to their Golden Lotus account according to the program’s regulations.
– Reward miles will expire after 36 months from the date the miles were accumulated or according to Vietnam Airlines’ regulations depending on the period.
– In case of system errors, MSB will notify customers of the time for recording the Golden Lotus miles refund via email or other means as decided by MSB at each period.
– Customers are not allowed to use, buy, sell, exchange, give away, transfer, or assign the accumulated miles (before successfully requesting the miles refund).
– In case customers change their personal information or Golden Lotus account information, they must notify MSB/partners for timely updates. MSB will not be responsible for mileage accumulation due to changes in personal information or Lotusmiles membership account information that are not recorded by the MSB system.
