Eligibility ​Visa credit cardholders who have successfully renewed

1. Promotion Name: Get a VND 50,000 cashback for transactions from VND 200,000 via Apple Wallet using MSB Visa international cards at Highlands, Be, and Shopee.

2. Promotion Period: From April 20, 2026, to July 30, 2026.

3. Eligible Participants: Visa credit cardholders who have successfully renewed their cards.

4. Promotion Details: Get a VND 50,000 cashback for transactions from VND 200,000 via Apple Wallet using MSB international cards at Highlands, Be, and Shopee.

  • Applicable to customers who successfully renew their cards.

  • Each customer is entitled to the offer once (1) per month.

5. General Terms and Conditions: * Customers eligible for the Promotion must be holders of MSB international cards issued by MSB.

  • The cardholder’s account must be in good standing and active; it must not be locked, closed, pending closure, expired, etc., at the time MSB applies the offer. MSB reserves the right to refuse the offer if the Customer’s card account violates the aforementioned regulations.

6. General Regulations:

6.1. Responsibilities and Authorities of MSB

  • 6.1.1. MSB’s Responsibilities: Resolve Cardholders’ complaints regarding the promotion fulfillment within 10 calendar days from the date MSB publishes the list of eligible cashback Cardholders on MSB’s website: www.msb.com.vn

  • 6.1.2. MSB’s Rights:

    • MSB holds the final decision in approving eligible cards and valid transactions for reward disbursement. In the event of any dispute, MSB’s decision shall be final.

    • MSB shall be exempted from liability in cases of force majeure such as fire, explosion, flooding, earthquake, card processing system errors, etc., which cause customer transactions to be distorted, unexecuted, or failed to transmit to the Bank’s system.

    • MSB reserves the right to debit the Cardholder’s card account without prior notice for discounted amounts based on incurred transactions and reward payouts resulting from system errors, as well as transactions that MSB suspects involving fraud, forgery, or signs of exploiting the program.

    • MSB reserves the right to use the images and information of rewarded customers for promotional activities of MSB’s products and services.

    • These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time at MSB’s sole discretion after completing the necessary procedures as required by law, and must be notified 03 (three) days in advance on MSB’s official website or via other methods prescribed by MSB from time to time.

6.2. Responsibilities and Authorities of Customers

    • 6.2.1. Customer’s Responsibilities:

      • Customers are responsible for retaining receipts/transaction documents/transaction confirmations (such as card payment receipts and purchase invoices) and must fully provide them to MSB upon request. The amount on each purchase invoice must exactly match the amount on the corresponding card payment receipt.

      • Customers must be responsible for providing invoices, transaction documents, and relevant evidence no later than 03 days from the date the complaint arises to prove their eligibility. Customers will forfeit their right to complain if, after the aforementioned deadline, they fail to provide evidence proving their eligibility.

      • Customers are responsible for paying travel, accommodation expenses, taxes under current legal regulations, and other costs (if any) if they receive cashback offers or physical gifts.

      • Customers are responsible for refunding the entire reward amount paid by MSB in the event that MSB has grounds to prove that the rewarded transaction is invalid according to the Program’s regulations.

    • 6.2.2. Customer’s Rights:

      • The primary cardholder is the individual authorized to initiate complaint transactions with the Bank. Customers have the right to lodge complaints regarding the receipt of the promotion within 10 calendar days from the date MSB posts the list of eligible Program beneficiaries on the Bank’s official website www.msb.com.vn.

      • Customers are simultaneously eligible to receive offers from sub-programs if they meet the conditions to receive offers from those programs.

      • By participating in this program, customers acknowledge that they are aware of and accept all the terms and conditions of this program, any adjustments (if any), and all terms in the MSB Card Terms and Conditions of Use.
