- Promotion Period: From October 6, 2025 – October 31, 2025, divided into 2 phases:
- Phase Phase 1: 06/10-15/10Phase 2: 20/10-31/10
- Promotion Area (Scope): Nationwide
- Promotion Type (clearly state whether the promotion is based on chance or other means): Rewards for customers with the highest number of transactions on the MSB Digital Bank application during the program period
- Program Customers Promotion(Eligible customers): All individual customers who successfully complete transactions on the MSB Digital Bank App during the program period. Transactions include: money transfers, bill payments, mobile phone top-ups (prepaid or postpaid), QR code payments (excluding self-transactions at MSB).

8.1 Specific conditions, methods, and procedures that customers must follow to participate in the promotion program: Customers must successfully complete transactions on the MSB Digital Bank App during the period The program is taking place. Valid transactions include: money transfers, bill payments, mobile phone top-ups (prepaid or postpaid), and QR code payments (excluding self-transactions at MSB).
8.2 Time and method of issuing prize-winning certificates
MSB will send email notifications to all eligible customers, including program communication emails and results announcement emails.
8.3 Regulations regarding certificates Confirmation of Prize Winning
MSB (ITVH division) extracts transaction data for money transfers, bill payments, mobile phone top-ups (prepaid or postpaid), and QR code payments (excluding self-transactions at MSB) from the previous day, including 2 types of data:

- List of the 15 customers with the highest number of successful transactions during the Golden Hours (10:00-10:05; 12:00-12:05; 15:00-15:05; 17:00-17:05) of the data extraction date
- List of the 10 customers with the most successful transactions from 00:00 to 23:59 on the day
Data Export
MSB (SI Division) will send prize notification emails to all customers after receiving the list.
8.4Time, LocationandMethodofWinning:

- Time of prize determination: The list of winners from the previous day will be exported the following morning; For Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the winners will be announced on Monday morning of the following week.How to determine winners: Based on data extracted from the system regarding the number of transactions during Golden Hour (Top 15) and during the day for customers (Top 10).
8.5 Announcement of Winners
- Time of prize determination: The list of winners from the previous day will be exported the following morning; For Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the winners will be announced on Monday morning of the following week.How to determine winners: Based on data extracted from the system regarding the number of transactions during Golden Hour (Top 15) and during the day for customers (Top 10).
