Announcement regarding the loyalty points redemption feature for MSB Mastercard Super Free credit cards.

From December 5th, 2025, MSB will temporarily suspend the points redemption feature for Mastercard Super Free cardholders on the MSB Plus app.

To provide a more seamless and convenient experience for our valued customers in the points accumulation and redemption process, MSB would like to announce the adjustment of the points redemption flow for MSB Mastercard Super Free credit cards from the MSB Plus application to MSB mBank, specifically as follows:

1. Temporary suspension of points redemption feature on MSB Plus (December 5th – December 23rd, 2025)

From December 5th to December 23rd, 2025, MSB will temporarily suspend the points redemption feature for cardholders. MSB Mastercard Super Free on the MSB Plus app.

During this period, you can still use your MSB Mastercard Super Free card for transactions and continue accumulating M-Point points according to the current mechanism.

Redeem rewards on MSB mBank from December 24, 2025

From December 24, points from the MSB Mastercard Super Free card will be combined with M-Point points in the MSB Rewards section on the MSB mBank app. Customers using the MSB mBank app will be able to:

– Check reward points from MSB Mastercard Super Free credit card transactions in the MSB Rewards section on the MSB mBank app.

– Enjoy thousands of attractive gift e-vouchers in MSB Rewards on the MSB mBank app with M-Point points added to accumulated credit card transaction points.
