MSB is cooperating with TNPM – a professional real estate management and operation unit – to launch a cashback incentive program for residents when paying service fees via the TIMI App.

Accordingly, when customers open an MSB account here: https://msbdigibank.onelink.me/UpcX/sxg5o65g and link it to make payments directly on the TIMI app, they will receive attractive cashback benefits:

• Get VND 100,000/month when paying service fees on the TIMI App.

• Receive a maximum of VND 600,000 for 6 consecutive months starting from the month of opening the MSB payment account.

• Receive an additional VND 200,000 when successfully opening and activating a new credit card or unsecured loan limit in accordance with MSB’s regulations.

Terms and conditions applied in the program:

• New customers (new CIF) who open a new MSB payment account must enter the program code: TNPM.

• Customers must be apartment owners in projects managed by TNPM, including: Goldmark City, Goldsilk Complex, and Gold Season.

• Service fee payments must be made on the TIMI App before the 20th of each month (from May 2026 to December 2026).
