Recall due to Incorrect Transfer

Customers may submit a request to recall an incorrect transfer transaction by following the steps below:

  • Step 1: Log in to Internet Banking → select Account → select the account used for the transaction
  • Step 2: Select Transaction Creation History, find the transaction to be inquired
  • Step 3: Click Inquiry → enter the inquiry request in the inquiry content field

⏱ Processing time: Up to 30 working days. Customers will receive the result via the registered mobile number of the user

⚠️ Notes:

  • 24/7 transfers are credited immediately; recall depends on the beneficiary’s cooperation
  • If the beneficiary does not cooperate, customers should contact the police for support
  • MSB will coordinate to provide information and update the results
